SJMG AI Workforce Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded to bring AI and digital literacy to housing authority residents at every stage of life — from seniors to schoolkids.
SJMG grew out of years spent inside housing authority operations and compliance work, watching AI reshape entry-level jobs faster than most support systems could keep up. Voucher holders were being asked to build self-sufficiency in a job market that increasingly expects comfort with AI tools most people had never been shown.
At the same time, two other groups kept getting left out of the conversation entirely: seniors who felt increasingly locked out of a digital world built without them in mind, and kids who could be building real confidence and creative skills with AI years before "workforce readiness" ever becomes a phrase in their life.
SJMG was built to close all three gaps at once — with free, hands-on programs that meet people at whatever step they're actually standing on.

Jae Stinson has several years of progressive housing authority experience, currently serving as a Director with extensive knowledge of HUD compliance, facilities management, and operational strategy. As an AI Consultant, she leverages emerging technology to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and modernize operations.
Raye Elliott is an Army veteran and founder of FLIPP Inc, a nonprofit expanding access to renewable-energy careers for veterans, formerly incarcerated individuals, and underrepresented communities. A NABCEP Associate Registered Training Provider and Certified Workforce Development Professional, she brings deep expertise in inclusive workforce development and hands-on training design.
Kimberly Dove brings over 20 years of information technology expertise, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, systems integration, and network infrastructure. She serves on the Fulton County Board of Education (District 6) and previously served as Board President.
Tracey Wyatt made history in 2004 as the first African American elected to the College Park, Georgia City Council, representing Ward III for almost two decades. During his tenure, he served as President of the Seven City Clayton County Municipal Association and on the College Park Business & Industrial Development Authority. His long-standing commitment to the College Park community is reflected in the Tracey Wyatt Recreation Complex, a city recreation center named in his honor. Tracey brings deep experience in municipal governance and community development to SJMG's board.
